Welcome to my website! I’m so glad that you found me.
Many people know me as Dr. Raven the Science Maven. I am a molecular biologist and science educator. I like to tell people my job is to create the world’s biggest science party, and making everyone feel like they can dance like nobody is watching! I have always been passionate about science and sharing it with others.
Growing up, my mom encouraged me to explore the world around me and ask questions about everything. This curiosity eventually led me to pursue a career in science. I just never stopped asking those questions!
As a molecular biologist, I study the tiny building blocks of life – cells and their molecules. I am fascinated by how these invisible structures work together to create living organisms. But more than studying them, I am also committed to making science accessible and engaging for everyone.
I believe that science is not just something confined to textbooks or laboratories - it is a way of thinking, questioning and understanding the world around us. And this is why I started my platform as Dr. Raven the Science Maven, to share my love for science in a fun and relatable way.
But it’s not just about learning – it’s also about connecting with fellow science enthusiasts and building a community where we can all share our passion for this amazing field.
