She leads communications strategy in academic medicine, supports senior leaders through high-stakes messaging and stakeholder engagement, and has driven cross-functional teams through crisis communications and large-scale content initiatives.
She is the founder and CEO of Fervae, science communication's first social media management platform — built to give working scientists the same audience tools marketers and influencers use, stacked with integrity, scientific literature, community building, and communication training. She is also president and executive director of The Science Haven, a 501(c)(3) advancing STEM equity through tools, guided learning, and sustained community connection. Previously, she served as Director of Science Communication at Mount Sinai's Cohen Center for Recovery from Complex Chronic Illness and Director of Diversity Initiatives at UC Irvine's School of Biological Sciences.
